Initial Naturopathic Consultation

Service Description

A full naturopathic consultation is the starting point to improving your health. The first meeting is about information gathering, a in-depth look at diet and lifestyle habits, current health, past health, family health, physical, mental and emotional health. All initial consultations also include a live blood analysis. This is a simple prick to the fingertip to gather a few drops of blood which is then viewed under a darkfield microscope to see how your white blood cells, red blood cells and other blood components are behaving. A digital photo of your iris (eyes) is taken too in order to get more information about your general constitution and the health of your tissues and organs. From here Julie will work with you to select which main health goals to focus on and suggest a course to start you on your healing pathway. Suggestions may include dietary changes, movement practices such as yoga or mobility, nutritional or herbal medicine.
