Terms & Conditions for Natural Balance (naturalbalance.co.nz)
The Terms & Conditions describes the terms and conditions that the client ("you" or "member" or "client") agree to in order to use Natural Balance (Natural Balance, "my" or “we” or “us” or "our") Services ("naturopathic consult", "lymphascial reset", "classes", "yoga class/es") including in-studio services (any physical location where both client and Natural Balance meet), online virtual consultations or yoga classes (where client is in their own premises and connects to Natural Balance via an online medium such as Zoom) or on-demand yoga classes (where the client streams pre-recorded classes from the Natural Balance or associated (Yoga Mama) website or other online service).
Read this policy and make sure you fully understand our terms and conditions for a safe practice for all members, before you access or use any of our Services. If you read and fully understand this and remain opposed to our terms or conditions, you must immediately leave this website, application or service, and avoid or discontinue all use of any of our Services. 1. Client suitability to practice
1.1. By using Natural Balance Services you acknowledge and accept that:

to the best of your knowledge, you suffer from no medical or physical condition or disability that will or might increase the normal risks associated with exercise; [and / or]

your doctor has approved your participation in our yoga classes – especially if you are undergoing medical treatment or have recently had a medical procedure

you will practice self-care at all times – rest when you are tired, pace yourself, choose to omit any exercise or posture that does not feel good on any given day, be patient, observe and respect your body’s physical limitations.
1.2. You must cease the practice of Natural Balance Services (until medically cleared) if:

you suffer from any [new] injury, illness or other medical condition;
-
you feel any pain or discomfort during an yoga class; or
-
you feel that any exercise included in a yoga class would be unsafe or uncomfortable for you.
2. Keeping the studio space safe
2.1. To ensure a safe and healthy space for all clients and Natural Balance staff, when attending a yoga class at the Natural Balance studio YOU agree that:

You will be respectful of all members and staff

You will respect all property

You will do your best to always be on time as to minimise disruption
2.2. To ensure a safe and healthy space for all practitioners and Natural Balance staff when attending a yoga class or naturopathic consultation WE agree that:

Client details will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties

We will do our best to create a safe and welcoming place for all clients

We will provide a clean environment
3. Limits of liability
3.1. While every precaution has been taken to create a safe practice, including options for modifications or alternatives, we do not represent, warrant, undertake or guarantee:

that you will not suffer from any injury arising directly or indirectly out of our yoga classes;

that your health will measurably improve as a result of naturopathic consultations and programmes or participation in our yoga classes;
3.2. We will not be liable to you in respect of any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that you may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending our naturopathic consultations or yoga classes. Nor will we be liable to you in respect of any other losses arising as a result of any such personal injury. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
