Natural Balance is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell or share our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Natural Balance (such as PayPayl and Stripe) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Your information is never shared with third party services.

Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. 8. Getting a copy of your data
In accordance with the GDPR, you may request a copy of your data that Natural Balance has collected. This may take 48-72 hours to process. You will then be emailed your file, or if it is too large for email a suitable, mutually agreed data sharing service (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) may be used. 9. Withdrawing your consent for data
In accordance with the GDPR, you may request that Natural Balance permanently delete your data that has been processed on our site.
