Meet Julie Wilson

Natural Health Specialist

Hi I'm Julie, a naturopath, medical herbalist and a yoga instructor. I graduated my Bachelor of Health Science (Comp Med) in 2007 with a focus on reproductive biology. In 2013 I completed my first yoga teacher training, it helped me a great deal personally and showed me another way to help other people with their health. With my interest still strongly on women's health and hormones, I went on to study fertility and pregnancy yoga and spent many years working with women going through assisted reproduction with specialised fertility yoga.

Over the years I have seen how the movement, focus and breathwork of yoga can immensely help both our physical and mental health. I've also seen and felt how more subtle myofascial and lymphatic work can release tension better than the strongest massage. 


True natural, holistic health is so much more than simply treating conditions with natural and herbal alternative medicines; it really is about helping people to find holistic practices to support their overall health. For many women, the benefits of yoga, lymphatic work and myofascial release coupled with natural medicine can bring about profound changes.
