Boost your spirits, confidence, fitness and strength in this fun ‘bootcamp’ style class. Cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning based exercises are interspersed with games in this challenging yet fun workout.
6:45pm-7:45pm: Supple Strength
A yoga based workout to help you chill out, stretch out and relax. Enhance your flexibility, and tone and strengthen your muscles whilst choosing your own level of challenge.
FIRST CLASS FREE!
$12 casual class fee
$100 for a 10 class concession card
$160 for a 20 class concession card

These are outdoor sessions that run at the end of the year (after clocks are put forward) and the beginning of the year (before clocks are put back).
Choose from a bootcamp style session (women only!), or the all new Supple Strength class - an outdoor yoga based session (both men and women are welcome).
The next round of outdoor sessions start on the week commencing Monday 30th January. Bootcamp runs for 8 weeks and Supple Strength runs for 6 weeks.
